1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• All approved replacement will be delivered within 7-10 days

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Our team will guide you through the return process and share the pickup/return address.

• Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quick quality check.

• Unworn, unwashed, and original-tagged items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

• After successful inspection, your refund will be make it credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will request your bank details to initiate the refund.

• Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, such as:

• Items sold under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” category.

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

5. Exchange Option

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, we will be happy to process it based on stock availability.
